Product Overview: Power Meets Sustainability

The ONEN CPDD-L is a heavy-duty counterbalanced electric forklift engineered for facilities that refuse to compromise on performance, environmental responsibility, or total cost of ownership. Built around a high-density 80V lithium battery system, the CPDD-L delivers the continuous power of an internal combustion (IC) truck—without the emissions, noise, or maintenance burden.

Whether you are operating in a food storage warehouse, a high-throughput logistics hub, or a precision manufacturing workshop, the CPDD-L provides instant torque, rapid lift speeds, and all-day runtime with opportunity charging.

Why Switch to ONEN Lithium-Ion Electric?

1. Zero-Emission Powertrain for Cleaner Operations

Unlike diesel or LPG counterparts, the CPDD-L produces zero harmful emissions during operation. This makes it ideal for indoor/outdoor hybrid environments, enclosed warehouses, and industries with strict hygiene standards—such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and cold storage—where air quality is non-negotiable.

2. High Energy Density & Instant Responsiveness

Lithium chemistry offers superior energy density and discharge efficiency. The result is stable, sustained power output across the entire shift, with none of the "voltage sag" common in lead-acid systems. Combined with a reversible drive motor, the forklift achieves:

• High starting torque for rapid acceleration

• Immediate startup with no preheating or cooldown downtime

• Precise, flexible control over speed and steering angle

3. Silent Operation, Productive Environment

Engine noise is eliminated. The CPDD-L runs at a fraction of the decibel level of an IC forklift, reducing operator fatigue and allowing safer communication in busy aisles.

4. Opportunity Charging = Maximum Uptime

The lithium battery supports fast charging during work breaks. No battery swapping, no dedicated charging rooms, and no 8-hour downtime cycles. Plug in during lunch, and return to full productivity. With a significantly longer cycle life than traditional batteries, the CPDD-L minimizes replacement costs over years of heavy use.

5. Lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Electric drivetrains eliminate vulnerable internal combustion components—no pistons, crankshafts, engine oil, or exhaust systems to service. Maintenance frequency drops dramatically, translating to:

• Fewer scheduled service interruptions

• Lower spare parts inventory

• Reduced long-term operating costs

  Built for Heavy-Duty Real-World Conditions

While the CPDD-L is clean and quiet, it is anything but delicate. ONEN’s 30 years of manufacturing experience are evident in the chassis and mast engineering:

  Structural Feature	Benefit
Thick Door Frame (Mast)	Reinforced mast sections resist torsional stress when lifting to maximum heights (up to 4.5m).
Thick, Reinforced Forks	Steel-plate reinforced connections resist deformation and sagging under full 3.5T loads.
Wear-Resistant Tires	High-load-bearing solid or pneumatic tire options deliver extended service life on rough concrete, ramps, and outdoor yards.
Optimized Gradeability	Tackle inclines with confidence: 12% gradeability laden / 15% unladen, making ramp work and uneven floors manageable.

Tire Options: Solid tires (standard for indoor/high-abrasion environments) or pneumatic tires (optional, for outdoor/rough terrain comfort).

Application Scenarios

The CPDD-L transitions seamlessly between environments where IC trucks are restricted or inefficient:

• Warehousing & Distribution Centers: High-bay racking, cross-docking, and all-day pallet movement.

• Factory Workshops: Precision handling near production lines without exhaust contamination.

• Food & Cold Storage: Zero emissions protect product integrity; lithium performance is stable in temperature-controlled environments.

• Retail & Supermarket Backrooms: Quiet operation allows restocking during business hours.

• Logistics Yards: Pneumatic tire option and robust gradeability handle outdoor loading docks and ramps.
