FL960-E Ultra Smart Pure Electric Loader | New-Energy Solution for Heavy-Duty Operations

Heavy-Duty Electric Wheel Loader — The Definitive Answer for Sand, Gravel, Coal Handling & Green Short-Distance Transport

As environmental policies tighten and fuel costs climb, does your fleet need an electric loader that can truly run all day under high-intensity conditions?

The FL960-E Ultra is not a simple "fuel-to-electric" retrofit. Designed from the ground up for aggregate yards, coal transfer stations, and port/mining short-distance hauling, this battery-powered wheel loader combines a high-energy-density battery system with deep vehicle-level intelligence. It delivers zero-emission performance that meets continuous heavy-duty operation demands, helping organizational customers — fleet operators, mining enterprises, and port authorities — reduce both operating costs and carbon footprint within strict environmental policy frameworks.

Beyond "Electric" — Six Core Technologies Redefining Loader Reliability

1. Dual Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors: High Power Density, Millisecond Response

Replacing traditional fuel powertrains, the FL960-E Ultra adopts a dual high-speed (12,000 r/min) permanent magnet synchronous motor system. With high power density and a wide response range, bucket loading remains aggressive even under heavy-load startup. The highly integrated motor and electronic control system uses high-voltage DC direct drive, drastically reducing the number of high-voltage cables and coolant hoses while minimizing electromagnetic interference risks to vehicle communications — ensuring long-term reliability.

2. Fast AMT Two-Speed High-Speed Transmission: Efficiency Meets Velocity

Paired with a Fast AMT two-speed high-speed transmission, the system strikes the optimal balance between long-distance yard hauling and high-frequency coal pile loading/unloading. Smooth gear shifts and high transmission efficiency, combined with the electric drive's instantaneous torque output, significantly shorten single-cycle operation times.

3. Integrated Thermal Management: Battery and Cab "Share" Smart Climate Control

Breaking away from conventional decentralized thermal designs, the battery thermal management system shares one compressor and condenser with the cabin air conditioning. Refrigerant exchanges heat through the battery cooler to provide precise cooling for the power battery. This integrated solution delivers a more compact structure and significantly reduces vehicle energy consumption, ensuring every kilowatt-hour drives real productivity.

4. Rear-Mounted Dual-Door Cooling System: Auto Dust Removal for Worry-Free Mining Conditions

With the radiator assembly rear-mounted, the cooling fan utilizes a dual-door structure supporting both automatic and manual dust removal. In dust-laden sand, gravel, or coal powder environments, operators can quickly clean radiator surfaces without tools, preventing high-temperature power derating and ensuring full-load continuous operation even in peak summer heat.

5. Electrically Actuated Hood: 65° Opening Angle, Maintenance Within Reach

The hood features an electric lift and rear-flip design with an opening angle of 65°. Compared to traditional manual side-opening hoods, this provides unprecedented open space for motor compartment and high-voltage component inspections, drastically reducing daily inspection and routine service times.

6. Remote Vehicle Control: Prepare the Machine Before You Arrive

Supports remote start, battery preheating, air conditioning pre-cooling, lighting control, and scheduled charging. Before the morning shift on a freezing day, fleet managers can preheat the battery and cabin from the office. During summer, the cabin can be cooled down during lunch breaks. This not only improves operator comfort but also extends winter range through battery preconditioning, minimizing performance degradation in extreme environments.

Comprehensive International Certifications — Zero Risk for Export Procurement and Policy Compliance

From ISO 9001/45001/14001 management systems to CE, RoHS, and SGS product compliance, plus TX type test certificates and Special Equipment Production Licenses — the FL960-E Ultra's certification matrix covers quality management, product safety, environmental directives, and special equipment manufacturing regulations.

What does this mean for you?

• Overseas Fleet Customers: CE and SGS compliance ensures smooth customs clearance and market entry into Europe and other high-standard regions without costly retrofits.

• Domestic Enterprise Customers: Complete special equipment qualifications and type test reports meet the bidding thresholds and safety inspection requirements of large state-owned enterprises.

• Green Ports & Mining Sites: RoHS environmental directive compliance supports corporate ESG ratings and carbon footprint accounting.

Precision Dimensions — The Golden Balance Between Maneuverability and Operating Efficiency

This compact yet powerful dimensional package allows the FL960-E Ultra to navigate tight material yards while maintaining rock-solid stability during heavy-load operations.

Born for Real-World Conditions — Three Core Application Scenarios

Aggregate Yards: The Endurance Champion in Dust

High-dust environments place extreme demands on cooling and electrical sealing. The rear-mounted auto-dust-removal cooling system and integrated high-voltage component design ensure that batteries and motors remain in their optimal temperature range during high-intensity sand and gravel loading cycles.

Coal Transfer Stations: Zero Emissions, High Turnover

Coal handling demands the highest standards for fire prevention, explosion protection, and environmental safety. The pure electric solution eliminates fuel exhaust and high-temperature engine surfaces entirely. Combined with a high-capacity bucket and efficient electric drive, it enables high-frequency "scoop-load-transport-dump" cycles with zero emissions.

Port & Mining Short-Distance Hauling: The Closing Piece of Green Logistics

Optimized for 3–5 km short-distance heavy-load hauling. The high-energy-density battery supports multi-shift continuous operation, while intelligent regenerative braking recaptures energy during deceleration and downhill travel — further extending range and reducing per-ton-kilometer transport costs.

Fleet-Level Customization & Full-Lifecycle Support

The FL960-E Ultra supports OEM customization, including bucket types (rock bucket, coal bucket, side-dump bucket), tire compounds, cabin protection levels, and telematics data interface configurations.
