Powered by an 80 V / 230 Ah lithium battery and a 14 kW AC drive motor, it travels at up to 16 km/h and climbs 22% grades while loaded. The ergonomic seated station and full overhead guard keep operators comfortable through long shifts, and the 2,300 mm turning radius threads narrow rack aisles.
The CPDD-V-2030 is powered by an 80V/230Ah lithium battery and an 80V/100A fast charger, supporting quick and opportunity charging for nonstop operation. No battery swapping, acid handling or ventilated charging rooms are needed, saving space and reducing safety hazards. Zero emissions make it ideal for enclosed warehouses, food, pharmaceutical and other air-sensitive indoor areas. The lithium battery has a 5-year warranty, with longer cycle life and higher efficiency to cut total ownership cost vs lead-acid units.
Its 14 kW AC drive and 18 kW lift motors are brushless, requiring no carbon brush checks or replacement, plus no complex multi-gear transmission maintenance. This cuts planned downtime and spare parts costs greatly. Daily maintenance only needs simple visual inspections: clearing wheel debris and keeping the battery charged.
