When warehouse floor space is at a premium and operator efficiency drives your bottom line, the ONEN stand-up compact electric reach truck delivers the perfect balance of visibility, maneuverability, and vertical storage power. Built around a robust 24V fully electric platform, this reach truck combines the lifting performance of a counterbalance forklift with the aisle efficiency of a narrow-aisle specialist—allowing you to add extra racking rows without expanding your facility footprint.
Unlike conventional sit-down forklifts, this platform utilizes a stand-up operator position paired with a reach-forward mast that extends the load center beyond the front wheels. This architecture enables operation in significantly tighter aisles while maintaining the stability needed for high-elevation stacking. With mast configurations spanning 1.6 meters to 4.5 meters, the series covers everything from ground-level order picking to elevated pallet storage, making it ideal for multi-zone warehouse standardization.
Electronic power steering, electromagnetic braking, and an ergonomic multi-function handle deliver precise, fatigue-free control during long shuttle runs. Whether you are running an e-commerce fulfillment center, a manufacturing side warehouse, a retail backroom, or a cold-chain distribution hub, this stand-up reach truck provides the clean, quiet, and efficient material handling performance that modern logistics demands.
Manufactured by Guangdong ONEN New-resource Equipments Co., Ltd. with 30 years of specialized expertise, every unit ships export-ready with full CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SGS documentation.
The standing operator position provides a broad, unobstructed view of the load, forks, and surrounding aisle. This elevated sightline makes it easier to observe goods at height and monitor the environment in real time, effectively reducing operator fatigue and improving cycle accuracy during long shifts. The compact mast profile and optimized overhead structure minimize blind spots when positioning pallets at elevation, enhancing both safety and throughput in congested warehouses.
Powered by a high-torque AC drive motor and a dedicated lift motor, the 24V electric system delivers brisk travel and rapid elevation while maintaining low noise and zero exhaust emissions. Operating at < 70 dB(A) at the operator's position, the truck is safe to run indoors near office staff and compliant with strict environmental regulations. Choose the economical 24V 240 Ah lead-acid battery for standard single-shift duty, or upgrade to the 24V lithium pack (150 Ah / 200 Ah) for opportunity charging, longer cycle life, and reduced maintenance.
Engineered with a five-point chassis architecture and a long wheelbase, the platform maintains a low center of gravity for exceptional stability—even with the mast fully extended at maximum height. The compact body and tight turning radius provide excellent maneuverability and flexibility in confined spaces, while high-grade polyurethane (PU) wheels on the drive, balance, and bearing positions resist chunking and floor marking.
The integrated multi-valve hydraulic precision control system coordinates lifting, reach extension, and forward/backward tilt into a single, fluid sequence, effectively preventing shock loads and pallet spillage during placement. Proportional lowering ensures smooth, controlled descents—critical when handling fragile inventory or navigating dock plates. Complementing this, all primary controls are integrated into a single ergonomic multi-functional operating handle within natural arm reach, allowing operators to execute lift/lower, reverse brake activation, turtle-crawl mode for tight spaces, and horn functions with minimal hand movement and reduced training time. Electromagnetic braking provides instantaneous, wear-free stopping power, while the electronic steering system delivers finger-light responsiveness that eliminates wrist and shoulder strain over full-shift operations, delivering a safe, precise, and low-fatigue control experience.
High-Density Warehousing & Distribution
With lift options up to 4.5 meters, the platform integrates seamlessly into high-density racking systems. The reach mechanism supports double-deep racking or narrow-aisle layouts, letting you store more pallets per square meter without facility expansion.
Production-Line Side Warehouses
Feed assembly stations and remove finished-goods pallets while maintaining full visibility. The compact body and tight turning circle navigate congested shop-floor corridors that would block a standard counterbalance truck.
Retail Backrooms & Supermarkets
Low noise and zero emissions make it ideal for indoor operations near customers and staff. The stand-up design allows quick on/off for frequent short runs, while the compact footprint fits standard retail dock doors and backroom aisles.
Cold-Chain & Food-Grade Facilities
Electric operation produces no exhaust contaminants, maintaining air quality in temperature-controlled storage. The smooth hydraulic lowering prevents impact damage to fragile packaging and frozen goods.

Q: What capacities are available in this stand-up reach truck series?
A: The platform supports configurations from 1.0 ton up to 2.0 tons with a 500 mm load center. Contact us to match the right capacity to your pallet weight and rack layout.
Q: What mast heights are available?
A: The series includes multiple mast configurations with lift heights ranging from 1.6 meters to 4.5 meters. We can help you select the optimal configuration based on your rack height and aisle width.
Q: What is the difference between a stand-up reach truck and a sit-down counterbalance forklift?
A: A stand-up reach truck places the operator in an upright position for maximum visibility and quick entry/exit, while the telescoping mast extends the load forward of the front wheels. This allows operation in much narrower aisles and higher storage density than a counterbalance forklift of the same capacity. It is designed specifically for high-density racking where floor space is at a premium.
Q: Is this reach truck fully electric?
A: Yes. Both travel and lift are powered by the 24V battery system. Electronic steering and electromagnetic braking further reduce physical effort, making it suitable for all-day operation.
Q: Can I upgrade to a lithium battery later?
A: Yes. The battery compartment accepts both standard lead-acid and optional lithium packs. Retrofitting is straightforward—contact us for compatibility details on existing units.
Q: Do you offer OEM, custom colors, or voltage modifications?
A: Absolutely. We customize paint schemes, branding, fork lengths, battery configurations, and regional voltage standards for volume partners. Contact our team to discuss private-label requirements.
Q: What type of wheels does the truck use?
A: The truck is fitted with high-grade polyurethane (PU) wheels on the drive, balance, and bearing positions. PU resists chunking, marking, and electrostatic buildup—essential for clean-room, retail-backroom, and coated-floor environments.
Q: How narrow can my aisles be?
A: Depending on pallet size and mast configuration, the truck can operate in aisles as narrow as approximately 2,650–2,850 mm when handling standard 1000×1200 mm pallets. Contact us for a free aisle-width calculation based on your specific racking layout.
