Product Overview: Heavy-Duty Performance, Zero Emissions

The ONEN CPDD-V 3555 is a high-reach counterbalanced electric forklift engineered for facilities that refuse to compromise on lifting power or environmental compliance. With a robust 3.5-ton load capacity and an impressive 5.5-meter mast, it bridges the gap between indoor high-rack warehousing and outdoor heavy-load handling.

Powered by an 80V / 205Ah lithium battery system with fast-charging support, the CPDD-V 3555 eliminates the downtime and maintenance headaches of traditional lead-acid or diesel units. Its compact footprint and tight turning radius make it equally effective in narrow warehouse aisles and busy loading yards.

Why Choose the CPDD-V 3555?

1. High-Rack Dominance — Stack Higher, Store Denser

When floor space is expensive, the only way is up. The CPDD-V 3555 delivers a maximum lift height of 5,500 mm and a free lift of 1,779 mm, allowing operators to position pallets on high-density racking without the mast over-height restricting movement in low-ceiling zones. The full extended height reaches 6,574 mm, while the lowered mast height of 2,570 mm keeps the truck stable during transport.

2. 80V Lithium-Ion Power — Opportunity Charging, All-Day Endurance

Forget battery swaps and 8-hour charge cycles. The integrated 80V / 205Ah lithium battery supports fast charging via the onboard FAST charge port. Plug in during breaks or shift changes and keep the truck running across multi-shift operations. With zero emissions and near-silent operation, it is ideal for food processing, cold storage, and clean manufacturing environments.

3. Compact Agility in a 3.5-Ton Package

Despite its heavy-duty rating, the CPDD-V 3555 is surprisingly maneuverable. A turning radius of just 2,500 mm and an overall width of 1,220 mm allow it to navigate tight corners. The right-angle stacking aisle width of 4,080 mm (for 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallets) means you can design denser warehouse layouts without sacrificing accessibility.

4. All-Terrain Tires & Stable Mast Geometry

Choose between pneumatic or solid tires to match your floor conditions. The large front tires (28×9-15-14PR) and rear tires (6.5-10-10PR) provide excellent ground clearance (135 mm) and shock absorption. The mast carriage tilts 6° forward / 12° backward, ensuring secure load handling on ramps and uneven yards.

5. Operator-Centric Design

The spacious seated cabin features an ergonomic steering wheel, intuitive hydraulic levers, and a digital LCD display that provides real-time battery status, speed, and fault codes at a glance. The emergency stop button and overhead guard (2,160 mm height) prioritize safety during intensive work cycles.

Application Scenarios

The CPDD-V 3555 is built for composite logistics environments where reach, reliability, and clean power are non-negotiable:

• High-Bay Warehousing — 5.5 m lift unlocks vertical storage space in distribution centers.

• Container Loading / Unloading — 3.5-ton capacity handles heavy palletized goods at docks.

• Manufacturing Workshops — Smooth, quiet operation integrates into production lines without noise pollution.

• Cold Storage & Food Logistics — Lithium battery performance remains stable in low temperatures; zero emissions meet hygiene standards.

• Retail & Wholesale Logistics — Fast charging supports just-in-time replenishment and multi-shift schedules.
