ONEN 1.5T Electric Stand-on Pallet Stacker(Economic Model),Lift1.6-3.5M (CDD-B)

Product Overview

Need one economical machine that travels, lifts, stacks, and loads—without the price tag of a full-size forklift? The ONEN CDD-B stand-on electric pallet stacker is a fully battery-powered rider truck built for warehouses, factory workshops, supermarket backrooms, stations, and port terminals. On a single charge it handles four jobs in one workflow: outbound picking, horizontal transport, loading and unloading, and finished-goods stacking.

Rated at 1,500 kg with a 500 mm load center, the CDD-B is offered with lift heights from 1.6 m up to 3.5 m, so you can match the mast to your racking instead of paying for height you don't use. The fold-out standing platform lets operators ride during long shuttle runs and step off for precise positioning at the rack face—far more productive than walk-behind units, at a fraction of the cost of a counterbalance forklift.

Powered by a 24 V / 80 Ah lead-acid battery with a matched 24 V / 10 A charger, the CDD-B travels at up to 4.5 km/h, lifts smoothly at 120–160 mm/s, and stops reliably with electromagnetic and reverse braking. Every unit ships export-ready from Guangdong ONEN New-resource Equipments Co., Ltd.—a manufacturer with 30 years of material-handling experience.

5 Core Advantages

1. Stable Five-Point Chassis with Automatic Cornering Slow-Down

The frame is laid out around five support points that keep the center of gravity low and balanced, with or without a load. When the operator turns, an automatic speed-reduction function engages to limit lateral shift—giving confident, wobble-free maneuvering in narrow aisles, even with the forks raised.

2. Low-Maintenance Vertical Drive Motor

The vertical drive motor is arranged for easy access and simple upkeep, with no complex transmission to service. For fleets that want zero brush wear, an AC brushless drive is available—either way, daily maintenance stays quick and inexpensive.

3. High-Torque Hydraulic Power Unit

A dedicated 2.5 kW hydraulic pump station delivers strong, steady pressure, so goods rise and lower in one smooth motion—no jerking, no drift, no impact damage to fragile loads.

4. Ergonomic, Low-Vibration Multi-Function Handle

All travel and lift controls sit within natural thumb reach. The tiller head integrates reverse-gear braking for instant stopping when the operator steps back, plus a turtle/rabbit dual-speed mode that switches between creep precision and fast transit at the press of a button. Noise at the operator's ear stays below 70 dB(A).

5. Core Components from Premium Global Brands

Contactors, controllers, hydraulic seals, and bearings are sourced from top-tier component partners—ensuring interchangeability, long service life, and a stable global spare-parts supply chain.

Where This Stacker Performs Best

Warehouse & Distribution Centers With lift options up to 3.5 m, the CDD-B reaches standard racking and mezzanines without the footprint of a counterbalance truck. Its 1,300 mm turning radius and 2,200 mm working aisle (platform folded) let you store more pallets per square meter.

Factory Workshops & Production Lines Feed assembly stations and clear finished-goods pallets in one trip. Operators ride between production zones on the folding platform, then fine-position at the rack face on foot.

Retail & Supermarket Backrooms Sub-70 dB(A) noise and zero emissions make it safe to run near customer areas, while the 85 mm lowered fork height slips easily under standard single-layer pallets for fast restocking.

Logistics Terminals, Stations & Ports Sealed electrics and a robust chassis cope with the humid, dusty conditions of cross-dock terminals and port sheds, keeping trailers turning on schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What capacity and lift heights are available in the CDD-B series? A: The economic CDD-B platform covers 1.5-ton and 2.0-ton ratings, with lift heights from 1.6 m to 3.5 m. Multiple mast options let you match height to your rack dimensions and ceiling clearance.

Q: Is the battery included? Can I upgrade to lithium? A: Every unit ships with a sealed 24 V / 80 Ah lead-acid battery and matched 24 V / 10 A charger. The battery compartment is designed to accept lithium packs, so retrofitting later is straightforward.

Q: What is the minimum aisle width? A: For standard 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallets, the typical right-angle stacking aisle is about 2,200 mm with the platform folded. We can verify the exact figure against your pallet and rack layout.

Q: Which pallets does it handle? A: The 560/680 mm adjustable fork spread and 1,150 mm fork length suit common single-layer pallets; custom fork lengths and attachments are available for special loads.

Q: Do you offer OEM or custom configurations? A: Yes—custom colors, branding decals, fork dimensions, battery options, and regional voltage standards are all available for private-label partners.

Q: How much daily maintenance does it need? A: Just a visual check, keeping the PU wheels free of debris, and battery care. Electromagnetic braking is wear-free, so scheduled service intervals are long and running costs stay low.
