ONEN Hand Pallet Jack 2/2.5/3 Ton — Heavy-Duty Manual Pallet Truck for Warehousing & Logistics

Reliable Manual Pallet Truck for Daily Material Handling — No Power, No Problem

In fast-paced warehouses, retail backrooms, and factory floors, not every pallet move needs a forklift.

The CBY series hand pallet jack is built for operators who demand simple, reliable, and cost-effective horizontal transport. With load capacities ranging from 2 to 3 tons, this hydraulic pallet truck handles everything from standard Euro pallets to heavy industrial skids — all without batteries, charging stations, or fuel. One pull of the handle and your goods are moving.

Four Engineering Details That Separate a Cheap Jack From a Reliable One

1. Seamless Integrated Pump — Eliminates Leakage at the Source

Most hydraulic failures start at the weld. The CBY uses a one-piece cast pump body with zero welded seams, removing the primary weak point where fatigue and hydraulic leaks typically develop. The fully sealed internal architecture keeps oil where it belongs — inside the cylinder — protecting your warehouse floor from slippery hazards and your inventory from contamination. The result is a manual pallet truck that maintains consistent lift pressure year after year, not just for the first hundred cycles.

2. High-Strength Fork Architecture — Engineered for Structural Longevity

The forks aren't just thick steel plates; they are designed as a reinforced structural assembly that resists torsional stress when a 3-ton load is unevenly distributed. This matters in real warehouses where pallets are rarely loaded perfectly. By maintaining fork alignment under heavy daily cycles, the CBY prevents the "splayed fork" syndrome that causes jamming, excessive rolling resistance, and premature wheel wear. You get a longer service life without the drift or binding that slows down your picking team.

3. Stable, Shock-Free Lifting — Protects Goods and Operators

A sudden jerk at full lift height can topple stacked cartons or damage fragile inventory. The CBY hydraulic valve is precisely calibrated so the lifting motion remains smooth and controlled even at maximum rated load. There is no impact or bounce when the forks clear the floor, giving operators the confidence to raise heavy pallets in tight aisles without risking load instability or product damage.

4. Ergonomic Plastic-Coated Handle — All-Day Grip Comfort

Warehouse shifts are long, and operator fatigue directly impacts safety. The large-diameter, plastic-coated handle is designed with a non-slip textured finish that remains secure even in damp or gloved conditions. Its ergonomic bend angle reduces wrist strain during the thousands of pump strokes and directional pulls a worker performs each week. Comfortable operators are productive operators — and fewer repetitive strain injuries mean lower staff turnover.

Configured for Your Floor, Your Pallets, and Your Workflow

Whether your facility runs on polished epoxy or rough loading dock concrete, the right fork and wheel combination ensures the CBY rolls smoothly without marking floors or fighting against debris.

Certified Manufacturing That Global Buyers Trust

This isn't garage-fabricated equipment. Behind every CBY hand pallet truck is a 30-year production heritage in material handling machinery, supported by a full-stack quality management system.

• ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 — Quality, occupational safety, and environmental management systems that govern everything from raw steel inspection to final assembly torque checks.

• CE & RoHS — Product safety and hazardous substance compliance for European and environmentally regulated markets.

• SGS Verified — Independent third-party validation of load ratings and material specifications.

• TX Type Test & Special Equipment Production License — Structural integrity certified under national industrial equipment standards.

For procurement teams and fleet managers, these certifications mean you aren't just buying a pallet jack — you're buying documented reliability that satisfies safety audits, insurance requirements, and cross-border customs checks.

Where the CBY Earns Its Keep

Warehouse & Distribution Centers

Move inbound inventory from receiving docks to rack staging areas. The compact turning radius navigates standard 2.5-meter aisles where electric pallet trucks are too bulky.

Manufacturing & Assembly Plants

Transport raw materials to production lines and shift finished goods to shipping bays. No charging downtime means the jack is always ready for the next shift.

Retail & Wholesale Backrooms

Handle restocking in tight storage rooms. The quiet manual operation won't disturb customers on the sales floor, and the ergonomic handle keeps staff comfortable during high-volume seasonal restocks.

Logistics Hubs & Cross-Docking

Short-distance pallet transfers between trucks and temporary staging. The 2–3 ton capacity range covers most consumer goods, electronics, and packaged food loads.

Need a Bulk Fleet Quote or Custom Configuration?

The CBY series is available for individual unit purchase, bulk fleet orders, and OEM private labeling. We support mixed configurations — combine different fork lengths and wheel types in a single container to match multi-zone warehouse requirements.
