Model: CDD
Rated Load: 1,200 kg
Max. Lift Height:1.6-5.5m
The ONEN stand-on electric pallet stacker series is a fully battery-powered, rider-operated solution designed for warehouses, distribution hubs, factory floors, and port terminals where vertical storage and horizontal shuttles happen on the same shift. Built on a versatile 1.2-ton to 2.0-ton load platform, the family offers mast configurations from 1.6 meters up to 5.5 meters, letting you standardize on one chassis while matching lift height and capacity to each zone of your operation.
Unlike walk-behind units that limit travel distance, the stand-on layout with a folding platform allows the operator to ride during long shuttle runs and step off for precise positioning at the rack face. A 24 V battery system feeds an AC vertical drive motor and a dedicated hydraulic lift station, delivering brisk travel speeds and smooth elevation while keeping noise and vibration below conversational levels. Electronic power steering and electromagnetic braking reduce physical effort, making the stacker suitable for all-day, multi-shift duty.
Manufactured by Guangdong ONEN New-resource Equipments Co., Ltd. with 30 years of material-handling expertise, every unit ships export-ready with full CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SGS documentation.
1. Five-Point Stability with Intelligent Cornering Control
The chassis is engineered around a five-point structural layout that keeps the center of gravity low and evenly distributed whether the forks are empty or carrying a full load. An automatic speed-reduction function activates during turns, preventing lateral shift and tip-over risk in narrow aisles. The result is confident maneuvering between tight racking rows, even when the mast is fully extended at height.
2. Maintenance-Free AC Vertical Drive Motor
The AC vertical drive motor eliminates carbon brushes entirely, removing the most common wear item found in traditional DC systems. With fewer parts to service and no brush dust to contaminate electronics, downtime drops and maintenance intervals stretch longer. The sealed motor construction also resists moisture and dust, making it reliable in both ambient warehouses and humid port environments.
3. High-Torque Hydraulic Pump Station
A dedicated hydraulic power unit delivers strong, consistent pressure for lifting and lowering. Goods rise and descend in one smooth motion without the jerking or drift that can damage fragile loads. The system is tuned for energy efficiency, drawing power only when the lift circuit is active, which preserves battery runtime across a full shift.
4. Low-Noise, Low-Vibration Multi-Function Control Handle
The ergonomic tiller head places all travel and lift controls within natural thumb reach. Operators enjoy low-noise, low-vibration feedback during long shifts, reducing hand-arm fatigue. The handle integrates reverse-gear braking for instant stopping when the operator steps back, plus a turtle/rabbit dual-speed mode that switches between creep precision and fast transit at the press of a button.
5. Core Components from Premium Global Brands
Critical subsystems—contactors, controllers, hydraulic seals, and bearings—are sourced from top-tier component partners. This brand-level sourcing strategy ensures interchangeability, longer service life, and a stable global supply chain for spare parts, so your fleet stays productive year after year.
Warehouse & Distribution Centers
With lift options up to 5.5 meters, the stand-on stacker reaches standard racking, mezzanines, and high-bay shelves without the footprint of a counterbalance forklift. The compact body and tight turning radius navigate narrow aisles to store more pallets per square meter.
Factory Workshops & Production Lines
Feed assembly stations and remove finished-goods pallets in a single trip. The stand-on platform lets operators travel quickly between production zones, while the smooth hydraulic lowering prevents impact damage to sensitive components.
Retail & Supermarket Backrooms
Low noise and zero emissions make the stacker ideal for indoor operations near customer areas. The low lowered fork height slips easily under standard and double-layer pallets for fast restocking.
Logistics Terminals & Port Operations
The robust AC drive and sealed electricals handle the humid, dusty conditions of cross-dock terminals and port warehouses. Fast lift speeds keep trailers turning and containers loading on schedule.
Cold-Chain & Food-Grade Facilities
Electric operation produces no exhaust contaminants, maintaining air quality in temperature-controlled storage. The smooth hydraulic system protects fragile packaging and frozen goods during stacking.

Q: What capacities are available in this stand-on stacker series?
A: The platform covers 1.2-ton, 1.5-ton, and 2.0-ton ratings. All three share the same chassis architecture and control layout, so you can standardize operator training and spare-parts inventory across mixed fleets.
Q: What mast heights can I choose from?
A: The series includes multiple mast configurations with lift heights ranging from 1.6 meters up to 5.5 meters. We will help you select the exact lowered height, free lift, and extended height based on your rack dimensions and ceiling clearance.
Q: Is the battery included, and can I upgrade to lithium later?
A: Every unit ships with a sealed battery and matched charger. The battery compartment accepts both standard lead-acid and optional lithium packs, so retrofitting is straightforward on existing units.
Q: What is the minimum aisle width this stacker needs?
A: For standard 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallets, the typical right-angle stacking aisle is approximately 2,300 mm. We can verify the exact figure once you confirm your pallet dimensions and rack layout.
Q: Do you offer OEM, custom colors, or voltage modifications?
A: Absolutely. We customize paint schemes, branding decals, fork lengths, battery configurations, and regional voltage standards for private-label partners. Contact us to discuss MOQs and artwork requirements.
Q: How do I maintain the stacker?
A: Daily maintenance is limited to a visual check, battery watering (lead-acid only), and keeping the wheels free of debris. The AC drive motor is brushless, and electromagnetic braking is wear-free, so scheduled service intervals are long and costs are low.
