1. Engine system
Engine oil: Use diesel engine specific engine oil that meets the manufacturer's specified grade. Timely replacement is the lifeline of the engine.
Three filters (machine filter, diesel filter, air filter):
Air filter: the "mask" of diesel engines. Blockage can lead to insufficient intake, decreased power, and increased fuel consumption. In dusty environments, the frequency of cleaning and replacement should be doubled.
Diesel filter: prevents impurities and moisture from entering the precision fuel injection system. Important reminder: After replacement, be sure to exhaust the air in the fuel pipeline, otherwise the engine cannot start.
Cooling system: Use regular antifreeze coolant instead of tap water to prevent scaling and corrosion.
2. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic oil: Use the specified model of hydraulic oil. Deterioration or contamination of oil can cause the gantry crane to lift weakly and shake, damaging the hydraulic pump and cylinder. Cleanliness: When adding hydraulic oil, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the refueling tool and the surrounding area to prevent impurities from entering the system.
Oil cylinder: Regularly check the surface of the oil cylinder piston rod for scratches and oil leakage.
3. Transmission and Drive System
Transmission oil: Replace it on time to ensure lubrication and heat dissipation of the transmission.
Drive axle: Check the axle pack gear oil.
Tires: Maintain standard air pressure (inflatable tires), and replace them promptly if they are severely worn or damaged to maintain stability.
4. Braking and steering system
Brake oil: Brake oil has water absorption properties, and prolonged use can lower its boiling point, affecting braking effectiveness. It needs to be replaced regularly.
Brake pads/shoes: Regularly check the wear limit.
Steering system: Maintain lubrication of the steering linkage mechanism and check the steering cylinder.
