The loading capacity is 1.0-3.0t (ONEN produce unique 5T electric pallet jack), the aisle width is generally 2.3-2.8m, and the lifting height of fork is generally 210mm, which is mainly used for horizontal handling and cargo loading and unloading in the warehouse. There are three types: walkie type, stand-on riding type and seat driving type, which can be selected according to efficiency.
Electric pallet stacker is divided into full electric pallet stacker and semi electric pallet stacker. As the name suggests, the former is driven and lifted by electric control, which is labor-saving. The latter requires manual pulling or pushing the forklift, and the lifting is electric. The rated load capacity is 1-2.5t, the aisle width is normally 2.3-2.8m, which is added a mast than the electric pallet truck in structure, and the lifting height is generally less than 6m, which is mainly used for cargo stacking and loading and unloading in the warehouse.
With a loading capacity of 1-2 tons, the mast can move forward and retract as a whole. During retraction, the aisle width is generally 1-3.2 meters and the lifting height can reach 7 meters. It is commonly used for stacking and picking up goods at medium heights in the warehouse.
4. Electric Order Picker
Under some working conditions (such as the distribution center of the supermarket), it is not necessary to deliver the whole pallet, but to select a variety of goods according to the order for a pallet. This is called picking. According to the height of picking goods, electric order picker can be divided into low-level order picker (within 2.5m) and medium and high-level order picker (up to 10m). The bearing capacity is 2.0 ~ 2.5t (low level), 1.0 ~ 1.2t (medium and high level, with cab lifting).
5. Electric tractor
The electric tractor is driven by an electric motor and uses its traction capacity (3-25 tons) to pull the flat car loaded with goods at the back. It is often used for the transportation of a large number of goods between workshops, such as the transportation from railway station, airport or automobile manufacturing warehouse to assembly line.
With the electric motor as the power and the battery as the energy, the loading capacity is normally 1-3 tons, and the aisle width is 3-5 meters. Due to no pollution and low noise, it is widely used in indoor operation and other working conditions with high environmental requirements, such as medicine, food, cold storage and other industries. Since it can only work 5-8 hours for a full charge, it is generally equipped with several batteries in multi shift system.
