Forklift operation should pay attention to these matters：
Start
1. Before starting, observe the surroundings, and after confirming that there are no obstacles that hinder the safety of driving, honk the horn first and then start.
2. For vehicles with hydraulic (air pressure) brakes, the brake hydraulic pressure (air pressure) gauge must be safe before starting.
3. When the forklift starts with a load, the driver should first confirm that the load is stable and reliable.

Driving
1. When driving, the height between the bottom end of the fork and the ground should be kept at 300mm-400mm, and the mast should be tilted backward.
2. Do not lift the fork too high when driving. When entering and leaving the job site or while driving, be careful that there will be no obstacles in the sky. When the load is traveling, the fork must not be raised too high, which will affect the stability of the forklift.
3. After unloading, the fork should be lowered to the normal driving position before driving.
4. When turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, the driving signal should be issued first. High-speed sharp turns are prohibited. High-speed sharp turns will cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and tip over.
5. When the forklift is downhill, it is strictly forbidden to turn off the flame and slide, and it is forbidden to brake suddenly while driving with loads unless there are special circumstances.
6. When the forklift is running, it must obey the traffic rules in the factory and must keep a certain safety distance from the vehicle in front.
7. When the forklift is running, the load must be in the lowest position that does not hinder the driving, and the gantry should be properly tilted back. The load shall not be raised except when stacking or loading.
8. The height of the load must not block the driver's sight. In special circumstances, when the item affects the forward vision, drive at a low speed when reversing.
9. It is forbidden to turn on the ramp, nor to drive across the ramp.
10. The safe driving speed of the forklift in the factory area is 5 km/h, and it must drive safely at a low speed when entering the production workshop area.
11. When the forklift is lifted, lifted or driven, it is forbidden for personnel to stand on the fork to hold items and play a balancing role.
12. If problems are found, they will be repaired and reported in a timely manner, and they will never operate with illnesses or conceal them.
loading and unloading
1. When fork-loading items, the distance between the two forks should be adjusted as needed to make the load of the two forks balanced and not skewed, and one side of the item should be against the rack.
2. It is forbidden to work with a single fork or use a fork top or pull. In special circumstances, safety warning signs must be set up to remind surrounding pedestrians.
3. In the process of loading and unloading items, the forklift must be braked with the brake.
4. The speed of the vehicle should be slow and steady. Be careful not to roll the wheels on the dunnage, so as not to stretch the rolled objects and hurt people.
5. When using a fork to fork the goods, the fork should be as deep as possible under the load, and it should be noted that the fork tip should not touch other goods or objects. The load should be stabilized with minimal back tilt of the gantry so that the load does not slide backwards. The mast can be tilted forward slightly when the load is lowered to allow for easy placement of the load and extraction of the forks.
6. It is forbidden to fork goods at high speed and collide with hard objects with the fork head.
7. When the forklift is working, it is forbidden for people to stand around the fork, so as to avoid the collapse of the goods and hurt people.
8. Overloading is prohibited, and it is prohibited to use forks to lift personnel to engage in high-altitude operations to avoid high-altitude falling accidents.
9. It is not allowed to use the brake inertia to slip, put, round or roll objects.
10. It is not allowed to use forks to pick, turn pallet unload.

Leaving
1. It is forbidden to leave the forklift when the items on the fork are in the air. Before leaving the forklift, you must unload the goods or lower the fork frame.

Forklift Operation Precautions
1. Before and after the forklift operation, the appearance should be checked, and fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water should be added.
2. Check the safety performance of starting, running and braking.

4. During the operation of the forklift, check whether the pressure and temperature are normal.

Forklift Safety Operation Specifications
1. You must check before leaving the car;

The "Eight Prohibitions" should be followed in the operation
1. Single fork operation is not allowed.
2. It is not allowed to lift the goods for long distance driving.
3. It is not allowed to pick up the goods by turning over the pallet with the fork.
4. It is not allowed to directly shovel chemicals, flammables and other hazardous chemicals with forks.
5. It is not allowed to use inertia force to pick up the goods.
6. It is not allowed to use braking force to exile round or easy-to-roll objects.
7. It is not allowed to bring people to work on the pallet or fork, and it is strictly forbidden to stand under the fork after the fork is raised.
8. Do not drive laterally on slopes.
Parking is not permitted under the following conditions
1. Curves, narrow roads, railway crossings;
2. Sections with a longitudinal slope greater than 5%.
3. When there is an obstacle on one side of the road, the opposite side of the section with the same length as the obstacle should be within 20 meters at each end.
